"Arts and culture is everything. It's the lifeblood of us as humans. Without it, everything from Netflix to the music we listen to, to the films we watch.

"Everything comes from a creative point of view. So I think particularly if you live in a space where everything can feel overwhelming, where you are scared about where you're going to get your next meal from, if you have ways to distract you from that, to tell your story, to come together as a community, to feel more proud about the place you live or feel differently about the place you live, then that's something that art and culture is quite uniquely placed to be able to do."
